Troubleshooting

Error Cause Solution

Unit does not start Power cable not

connected

Check that power cable

is rmly plugged into both

wall outlet and device

Power supply Check that there is power

to the wall outlet

Lid not closed properly Press rmly to close lid

Power switch Check that power switch is

at the ON position

Excessive noise

or vibration

Rotor is not loaded

symmetrically

Stop the unit and load

the tubes symmetrically.

Ensure that the tubes on

the opposite sides are

equally lled.

Rotor is slanted Remove the rotor and

reinsert straight and rmly

downwards

Loose locking screw Check to see if locking

screw has been inserted

properly and that it has not

been over-tightened

Unit base is not level Check that unit on a at

surface
